I was going to give the resignation letter last night, on our first night of shit, but AirTr9n got in the way.;)
Anyway, we got our ‘integration bonus’ letter from 9ccenture last night… everyone’s happy about it… well, at least that’s what ‘they’ say.. (why am i keep quoting words?) 
oh yeah, elizarpalad.com is screwed up as of the moment…. changed the DNS for that domain.. hopefully when I get back ok na sya.
Had to wake up early ulit today.. well it’s 5am and it’s actually late.. MRT will be jam packed when I get there by 8am!
My plan for today is to have my health checked up, dizziness and all… Plus, if time permits, get my NBI clearance renewed at Megamall (local and abroad employment).
That’s it.. got to go.. prepare myself.
Before telling you ‘the offer’, just want to mention that we had our second team building activity yesterday at the Club Manila East in Taytay Rizal.. I could post pictures and/or videos here, but its time consuming and tinatamad ako.. but do check it out at everything-eli.. pag sinipag I will post it there.
Anyway, that was yesterday.. It was fun… Learned how to do the kayak thing.. Hurts my arms and shoulders now, but that’s alright.
Food. We had no baon, but we were super busog! We had a big lunch… and a halo halo/palabok during miryenda… The day, over all was good.
Alright, about the offer.
Received the call from T3lus’ HR manager as she gave me the final offer.. I negotiated of course,.. Told her that my manager/director is trying to win me back..
She asked me what offer my director made.. told here about it.. she counters back.. I took it.
Got back from Medical City… Bad and Good news.. Bad news is that there’s no clinic nor Maxicare clinic today… It’s a holiday you see, Today We Celebrate Our Independence Day! (june 12, but hey, it’s Pres. GMA, so adjust your holiday accordingly..)
Have to wake up early on a rest day from work today… follow up checkup sa Medical City.
WIll get the Laboratory results for blood/platelets count and Sinus xray.
Better get going.. will drop by SM Marilao too today.. have to pick up the new retention Phone from Smart Communications… A soni Ericsson K5310i!
Finally got the chance to tell the boss that I might leave the team… Thanks to Jollibee!
I’ve been meaning to talk to her about it, just didn’t have the guts to ask her to talk with me…
Anyway, it’s out.. and she now knows… What’s going to happened next? what’s going to happen during our team building on June 10th? will the team be built stronger? Or will it collapse?

Yes, I was there yesterday (or make that two days ago)… That’s my last day of rest day, very draining.. very tiring.
I really really thought Maxicare was in a Medical Plaza.. Asked the nice looking (NOT) gentleman in the building lobby that Maxicare transferred to Medical City.
Went to the MEdical Plaza today to get myself one heck of a check only to found out that Maxicare (our HMO) is no longer there (or course! am I living under a rock?!) It’s in Medical City in Meralco Avenue.
So from San Miguel Avenue, hopped in one of the almost junk cab and went to the Medical Tourist spot in the philippines.
An Internal Medicine doctor (forgot the name) checked my dizziness, (laboratory on CBC/plateletes)… no endo, that’s to follow.. and managed to get my ear checked on Dr. Gerard Agcoili.
Laboratory results (CBC, platelates, synus xray) all tomorrow.. of course I wont get it until next week.. may pasok na.
Got an SMS/Call from Jon Ty… All 4 members of the ‘Alberta Team’ is complete. And next week will be the most probably date of contract signing!
He’s on night shift today and will be talking with his manager about the resignation. Then by Thursday, it’s my turn to drop the news to my manager/our director.
“I don’t want to bite the hands that feed me” still stands true for me.
