I’m currently filling up forms from BIR and Philhealth for additional dependents.

I’m adding my two boys to the list.. apparenlty only my beloved wife is my dependent on Philhealth.. It’s a must to include my two boys there too…

So right now, I’m almost done.. will submit this forms to the front desk to have it delivered to the CompBen section in Ortigas.

How to Add Dependents on Philhealth and BIR

Get the forms from HR/CompBen.. or in their respective government offices.

Fill it up and submit.. that simple, no need to sweat it out with weight loss pills.. ganon ka simple ganon kagaling.. (oh yeah, don’t forget to attached the birth certificate of your dependent children)

The form is called M2 for philhealth and form 2305 for BIR by the way.

It’s not actually moving boxes, it’s more of a baggage thing. It’s better if we call it moving baggages.

Any day now, my collegues and I will be moving to Canda for our 2month orientation and training about our new job on our new work.

Cool stuff! Pretty exciting too! We already found a place to stay near the office in Burnaby, Canada! It’s homestay based and we already reserved 4 rooms to our (future) land lady, who may I mentioned looks like a pinay, or she is probably a filipino.

All we need to do now is wait for the final date of departure and other flight details! I’m all packed now and ready to go… Let’s start moving moving boxes!

My brother and I just got slapped by the big ‘G’ some time yesterday. Most (if not all) of my keywords being optimized at my Palad.info domain are loosing it’s rankings on Google SERP… As of today, I think all of them are out of there!

Looks like every time Google update its PageRank, they also update the list of blogs/sites that they put into the Google sandbox.

This is exactly what happened to the Showbiz blog, Orchidlois.com. Right before it got sandboxed, its PR was upgraded from PR zero to PR 2.

Oh well, I might as well optimize those keywords on another blog.. probably here or at my ‘official’ name blog. I could also try and do a blog contest and give out promotional pens for my blog huh?

Today’s another working week at the company.. I wonder if Mr. R will announce the big day of departure to CND today.. or tomorrow.. or the next day..h mm… we’ll soon find out.

Also found out today that my megarotic post is on page 3.. my bro’s megarotic is page 5! Soon both our post will be on page 1! ayus!

My tube8, redtube and xhamster post and other yuotube-like site, however are loosing strength… better keep them strong.. later will be building link to them.

Saw the LIfehouse manila concert last night! The show rocked!

Just found out this morning that my tentative desk has just been ‘named’… “Eli” it says.

I guess this desk/table/chair will be for “Eli” for a few days… until we fly to Canada… watch me on yutube, alright?

I’m loosing time updating (all) my blogs… new ‘work(?)’ has been eating up all of my time.. so there could be a possibility that my redtube keyword as well as tube8 and xhamster might perform a little poorer this week and/or coming weeks.

Anyway, yesterday was my ‘medical day’… did it at Healthway in the same floor as our office in Market Market Mall (M3). Original plan was to take the medical/physical checkup after we got back from vancouver/toronto trip.. but since the medical checkup is a requirement to get the ATM (Payroll) from compen/ben, i just had to take it.

Now today, we went to Ortigas to get the ATM card.. Union bank naman ang bank ko this time.. yep, debit card/pwedeng paypal card.

We kind of like, celebrated my brother’s birthday (july 14th) as well as mine (july16) today (july 20).

Dennis and Ate (with husband and the kids) was all here to share some get together food… actually, Nel bought Icecream, myself bought pansit and Dennis even bought a chocolate cake and a bottle of wine.

Nice day! Really enjoyed it even if I didn’t get to optimized tube8 and redtube.. but that’s alright. Already started the “alamat” blog.
