Billboard Latin music 2010

The 21 Annual Billboard Latin Music conference took place at Conrad Condado Plaza Hotel. The 2010 billboard bash featured performances from some of this year’s finalist, including Larry Hernandez, Flex, Diana Reyes and Carolina La O.

Puerto Rico’s artist Tito “El Bambino” won the Hot Latin songs Male Artsist of the Year award. Luis Fonsi won the award for Theme of the year for Latin Pop Airplay and Solo Artist of the year for latin pop album. The members of the Latin musical group Aventura collect a billboard awad for the Tropical Album Group of the year. Mexican Musician Marco Antonio Solis won for Artist of the Decade 2010. And Mexico’s singer Paulina Rubio, won for Latin Pop Airplay Female Artist of the year 2010.

Shopping Everywhere

Everyone are now enjoying their summer. Some of my co-officemates are now in Batangas, some will go to Boracay and of course me in Puerto Galera this weekend. But i still need to buy terry romper so i can wear it in the weekend. I found this cute and girly so i need to catch one.

The SM Megamall here in Mandaluyong will be having their 3-day sale in selected items starting tomorrow April 30, 2010. So maybe i will drop by to look for some stuffs. And of course time to relax and have some fun to relieve stress. Anyway, it’s a long vacation. So everyone will have a great weekend!

Keeping your body fit and healthy

Everyone is doing a lot of diet programs just to lose their weight. Some find it hard. You must have to set your goals and break it down into manageable pieces. I know that we live in a fast-paced society, but weight loss will not happen overnight, and if it does, it won’t last.

You don’t need to starve yourself because you want to lose your weight. Avoiding food is terrible for your health, starvation diet won’t do any good. Have a regular exercise is one of the best ways to keep your body fit and health a peak. Some go in a best fat burners. It doesnt need to take a rocket scientist to figure out what takes to lose weight effectively, but sometimes we all need to reflect on what is important to us.

Island trip

We’re planning to go in Puerto galera this weekend. I haven’t been there since i was birth. :P But before going to Puerto Galera, we will watch a movie first the Iron Man 2 and will eat in Tokyo Tokyo our favorite Sumo Remix big enough for two, the Beef Misono with a choice of Pork Tankatsu.

Then prepare my stuffs which i’m going to bring at Puerto Galera. I’m so indeed excited! I will surely enjoy this summer outing together with my loving boyfriend. It will also his post valentine gift to me and 9 years anniversary. So Puerto Galera here we come! :D

A big day of her life

One of my friend from United States got a good news last day. She passed the College Admission test in the University where she plan to study. Oh i’m so really proud of her and she knew it!

She told me some of her preparations before the exam. Actually, everyone who will take any exam get really nervous. She shared some ideas or tips which i can use later when i take my NCLEX. She actually had a sat prep where she believed a big help! She prepare her body and mind for the big day. Before the exam, she make sure that she is well rested and feeling refreshed. And of course pray before and after the exam..

Elbulli defeated

This restaurant somewhere in London namely Elbulli, lost it’s crown as the world’s best in an international poll on Monday after four years at the top. This famous restaurant defeated in the S. Pellegrino World’s Best 50 Restaurant. Headed by a 32 years old chef Rene Redzepi, it has become a favourite of gourmets worldwide for using seasonal and local ingredients to create dishes such as radishes in edible soil. Rene Redzepi’s rise to the top shows that the keen to recognise this new wave of talent rubbing alongside those with more established international fame.

Reduce your risk from Cancer

There are lots of things that causes diseases like those cancers. Either Cancer in the lungs, skin, bone, liver, cervical, Mesothelioma, etc. The higher the exposure to risk factors, the higher possibility of being ill. Some doctors cannot explain why one person develops cancer and another does not. Some risk factors like age, smoking, alcohol, poor diet, exposure to certain chemicals and stress. Many of these factors can be avoided. If you think you are at risk, talk with your doctors for some prevention.

Having a healthy diet, eat plenty of foods rich in fiber, vitamins and minerals, regular exercise such as brisk walking for at least 30 minutes day and maintaining a healthy weight may help reduce cancer risk.

Aliens in the universe

According to the Media report, Aliens do exist but people should stay away from it. British Astrophysicist Stephen Hawkins suggested that extraterrestrials exist not just on planets but also in many other universe around the world, perhaps in the center of stars. Hawking also suggested that while most aliens are probably microorganisms or simple animals some could be intelligent and pose a threat to humanity.

Maintaining perfect body

Many people are enjoying some work outs in gym. For it’s constantly innovating with new classes and high-tech fitness equipment. Gyms have basically taken our most familiar exercises, analyzed which muscle groups are worked, what coordination is needed, and then constructed new routines that strategically maximize impact and effectiveness.

Most people who are health conscious especially with their physical being and wants to maintain a perfect body join gyms or some fitness club. Some are very adventurous that they even take backpacking.

There are trained professionals who will teach you on proper instruction regarding some programs on exercising. With some fitness clubs they are now embracing yoga and pilates as part of their program.

Everyone’s Running

I noticed in the past couple of months now, everyone seems to be running. There are a lot of marathon contest, running activity, takbo for something. Even my brother is joining the running trends. He’d joined a couple of events already.

Looks like those exercise and fitness equipment are getting handy nowadays since the runner must practice first indoors to ‘stretch their hearts’.

I wonder if I should join the fitness bandwagon.. I can, but I don’t want to (?!!). Heck, im too lazy to run.. too fat to move myself.
