How to Organize Your Home Office?-

Home office decorating is especially distinctive if it reflects your works’ character. Add personal touches to make the space more inviting, include space for displaying things and hanging artwork or photos that you love. The most important piece of furniture for your home office decorating will be your desk or work surface, and your desk chair, especially if you plan to work eight hours a day.

It’s not conventional to have a TV set in the office but some already has one, including the antennas.

And of course you may add desk lamps for a very good source of lighting. Lighting installed over your reading and computer area will reduce eye strain. Place lighting behind you so that there is no reflection off the computer. These lamps can look decorative while reducing the glare to your computer screen.

Getting Bigger

Aside from my friends asking me of what best diet supplements to take, I myself am searching for that moreover. Since last year I’ve gained weight more than I expect. I because am used to eating the way I was eating on my younger years without getting fat, maybe because of my metabolism, that I did not notice myself getting bigger and bigger.

I did realize that as we are getting older our metabolism got slower which may have resulted on slow fat burning on my body. Add the much colder environment in and out of workplace. And lack of time for the needed body exercise which is as of now I’m still struggling to have.

Surrendering Intellicare

Like I said, yesterday was my last day in T3lus and I did the whole clearance thing. I surrendered my Laptop, ID, proximity card, Medicare supplement card or intellecare (that’s the medical Insurance card) and the company issued cell phone.

Now that I don’t have the card with me, I am hoping that I wont get sick. :) .. anyway, I know I feel good and hopefully this will continue until I get my new health card on the new ‘bank’.

Walk The Ayala Stretch… Fuse and Fuses

I was late at work today… Traffic na (or late na), naglakad pa sa Ayala.. :) kakahiya tuloy kay Mel. :D H ave to meet with my brother and give him the fuses he asked. Met him up in Valero side of Philam and it’s done.

There are lots of commuters in the MRT today and that even contributed sa ‘tao traffic’… Reminded me of that female Envi girl once upon a time in NEC, with the pink top and green folder.

Sometimes I’m glad I’m weak, if I’m not, there’s a lot more sin flying all around for me… I am weak, but in a good way.

Nice looking photo of MRT huh? I even have a video uploaded in Utube one time during it’s breakdown in Cubao… nice vidio.

Typhoon Frank, Signal Number 3

Been out as early as 4:30am waiting for the jeepney on my way to work.. it’s been 5:00am and still nothing. I am most definitely will be late, told myself. But it turns out I was not… 7:00am on the dot.

Frank the typhoon was giving all the power he have! As I write this post on the 41st floor on our office, I can still hear the howling of the winds outside… and if you can only see the Cheap Blinds swinging as the wind blows, you’ll know its strong!

Yes, I still manage to commute to work… with the strong winds and pink rain from norzagaray to mrt, to cay pombo, to MRT to buendia… it was so cold… I want to buy something hot in Paramount Mercury Drug! Smile sexy mercury drug people.

Drop myself down at the Buendia MRT station..soaking wet.. tookthe very cold bus.. and got here sa office!

Took The Offer

Before telling you ‘the offer’, just want to mention that we had our second team building activity yesterday at the Club Manila East in Taytay Rizal.. I could post pictures and/or videos here, but its time consuming and tinatamad ako.. but do check it out at everything-eli.. pag sinipag I will post it there.

Anyway, that was yesterday.. It was fun… Learned how to do the kayak thing.. Hurts my arms and shoulders now, but that’s alright.

Food. We had no baon, but we were super busog! We had a big lunch… and a halo halo/palabok during miryenda… The day, over all was good.

Alright, about the offer.

Received the call from T3lus’ HR manager as she gave me the final offer.. I negotiated of course,.. Told her that my manager/director is trying to win me back..

She asked me what offer my director made.. told here about it.. she counters back.. I took it.

Confirmed, 4 Complete

Got an SMS/Call from Jon Ty… All 4 members of the ‘Alberta Team’ is complete. And next week will be the most probably date of contract signing!

He’s on night shift today and will be talking with his manager about the resignation. Then by Thursday, it’s my turn to drop the news to my manager/our director.

“I don’t want to bite the hands that feed me” still stands true for me.
