Define Litter Box

I am trying to broaden Matt’s vocabulary and started doing this regular word of the day (or week) thing. I even bough a DVD about verbs or action words just to introduce him to new English words.

The educational DVD proved effective. At two years old, he now knows words such as ‘chew’, ‘fly’, ‘crawl’, ‘roll over’, ‘dig’ and other. The DVD is from Baby Bumble Bee. Such great product.

Anyway, now, recently I stumble upon this word that I would like Matt to learn. The word is called litter. As in litter box.

What is litter box… well, I got confused at first too.. I know have to definition for the word..
