Dell Latitude D630 Busted

yes folks, my company issued Dell Latitude D630 laptop is busted.. well, sort of. The laptop itself is still functioning, it’s just that the LCD monitor cracked and more than half of the area is blacked (white?) out.

I have to use an extended monitor, a second monitor and configure it to clone desktop. As of this writing I am using the laptop’s keyboad and mouse but the display output is on a 14 inch viewsonic monitor.

Now, it worries me, if all LCD panel are like this, I am afraid for my LG HDTV! Oh my good.. and i just bought an LCD TV table or stand something.. I better consider flat panel mount because my 1 year old son might hit it with something hard and sharp and it might end up just like my dell laptop! Ouch!
