This blog has become more and more of a SMS quotes and romantic ideas blog than a personal blog of a daddy to matthew and sean.

So i thought I think I should post a little something personal just to keep this blog more personal

First of all, I have been staying here in Canada for 3 week now without exercise only bodybuilding supplements.. nah just kidding, all food are good here and i’m healthy.

I am here for a company sponsored training and I am missing home verymuch and my family.
