PLDT DSL Problem

I called up PLDT DSL hot line for support this morning. I used my cellphone to call up 02 8888171, since dialing up 171 on our landline doesnt’ work.

I told the customer service to have our phone check because the keypad apparently is not working. I hear dial tone but when pressing the keys, nothing happened.

They said that they will be opening a ticket and will send out a technician on site in a couple of days. Good thing I still have no work this month.
