Stay Fit Brother

“Stay Fit Brother”, that’s what’s Desmond might say. Tonight I saw him taking down Jack and the old guy… forgot the name.
Desmond himself is fit, and to think he was as fat as a lumpy pig. What he does is take a swim in the morning and do the farm house every noon.
With all those physical work, no wonder he looks good. and jack and the old guy who I forgot the name.
